By installing and using Jitly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

2. Description

Jitly is a developer CLI tool that bridges Jira tickets and local Git workflows. It is provided as-is for developer productivity purposes.

3. Permitted Use

• You may use Jitly for personal and commercial development workflows
• You must have valid authorization to access the Jira accounts you connect
• You must not use Jitly to access Jira accounts you do not own or have permission to access

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Jitly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. Use at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jitly or its developers be liable for any loss of data, lost profits, or any indirect damages arising from the use of this tool.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Jitly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
