1. What We Collect
When you authenticate with Jitly, we collect:
- Your Atlassian account display name and email address
- Your Jira account ID and site URL
- Developer activity events (e.g. ticket started, ticket done) — timestamps and ticket IDs only
- Your development workflow policy preferences
2. What We Do NOT Collect
- Your source code or file contents
- Git commit diffs or file changes
- Jira ticket comments or attachments
- Any data beyond what is listed above
3. How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate you with Jira on your behalf
- To sync your workflow policies across machines
- To track developer activity for team insights (ticket start/done events)
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored in a MongoDB database hosted on MongoDB Atlas. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
5. OAuth Tokens
Jira OAuth tokens are stored securely in your local system keychain (macOS Keychain, Windows Credential Manager, Linux Secret Service). They are never sent to our servers.
6. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing guptayush02@gmail.com. We will remove all your records within 7 days.
